At Hella Handmade Creations, we want you to love your artisanal beauty products, but due to the nature of our limited-edition monthly pre-orders, we offer a 14-day window for returns on unopened and unused items. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on cosmetics that have been opened or tested.

Return Process

  Ensure all products remain in their original, vacuum-sealed or shrink-wrapped packaging to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship Your Package

  Securely pack your items and ship them to our designated returns facility using a tracked shipping method of your choice.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
